GOH / GARMENT ON HANGER

Individual garments. Intelligently on the move.

From transport on individual hangers to matrix sorting, sequencing and automated outbound operations. We connect mechanics, controls and software.

PROCESS OVERVIEW

  1. 01Infeed & singulation
  2. 02Sorting stage 1 with scanner
  3. 03Takeaway & singulation
  4. 04Sorting stage 2 → Packing tables

THE CHALLENGE

GOH & hanging garments
in the context of the whole process.

Individual garments must be ready for each order in the required sequence. Transport, buffering and outbound operations need to work together.

YOUR BENEFIT

A coordinated process from the individual hanger to the shipping unit. Software and controls connect every step.

AUTOMATION / SOFTWARE / INTEGRATION

What we connect for you.

Services are coordinated to suit your system and operations.

01

Single-hanger transport

Move garments individually on hangers and control their routes through the system.

02

Matrix sorting & sequencing

Sort individual garments by order and provide them in the required sequence.

03

Outbound & Print & Apply

Coordinate shipping, generate SSCC shipping labels and apply them automatically to shipping units.

04

End-to-end software

Connect WMS and ERP systems with material flow control, visualisation and PLC controls.

MAKING MATERIAL FLOW VISIBLE

Every movement.
Part of a process.

From order to confirmation: software and controls coordinate each transport and sorting step.

Two-stage matrix sorting for hanging garments. TARA calls off complete batches from four storage lanes. Stage 1 accumulates and releases lanes into an intermediate buffer. TARA admits the complete batch to stage 2, which releases all lanes and articles simultaneously. Both takeaway conveyors move left. Drop 1 is first in the sorter direction. Article 01 leads, followed in ascending order by 02 to 16. Parcels proceed through scan, dimensioning, weighing and labelling to truck loading. OUTBOUND / PRINT & APPLY

From the sorted garment
to the labelled shipping unit.

Outbound control connects shipping and labelling: generate SSCC shipping labels and apply them automatically to shipping units.
