Hosting and connection data The website, media and editorial system are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Requests involve necessary connection data, including IP address, time, requested address, browser information and technical status data, to deliver, diagnose and protect the service. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in a functional and secure website. Technical logs are retained only as necessary for these purposes; actual server logging depends on the hosting configuration and contractual arrangements. The protected CMS uses its own account on this website, processing the editor’s name, email address and a password hash rather than a plaintext password. A necessary session cookie protects sign-in. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity, after eight hours at the latest, or upon sign-out. Failed sign-in attempts use hashed identifiers to prevent abuse; entries older than 24 hours are removed at the next CMS access. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Section 25(2) TDDDG for necessary device storage. Content versions and uploaded media remain until editorial cleanup; full backups can be made on the hosting account. 4. Contact Email and telephone links open your device’s relevant application. No contact form is embedded. If you contact us, we process your contact details and message to handle the enquiry under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on its purpose. Data are deleted after completion unless legal retention duties or necessary evidence require retention. 5. Media, fonts and optional services Images, videos, fonts and application code are delivered through this website. No external video players, web fonts, analytics, advertising or social-media trackers are embedded. Language selection is passed in the URL without cookies. Application code on public pages sets no optional cookies. CMS sign-in does not use an external identity provider. 6. Your rights Subject to legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests under Article 21 GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn for future processing.
